The Selchkarre is ideal for preparing a hearty South Tyrolean meal together with sauerkraut, dumplings and boiled potatoes. Excellent in combination with the typical house sausage or black pudding as well as ribs and smoked pork chop. Preparation: Heat portions for 10-15 minutes in water at approx. 70°C (without boiling) or together with the sauerkraut. Can also be grilled.
Ingredients:
Raw, cured and smoked pork: pork, salt, dextrose, stabilizers: di- and triphosphates, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, natural flavors, aroma, preservative: sodium nitrite.
