I'm Benjamin, the founder and managing director of Piz Gourmet. If you have landed on our shop, you probably have a special connection to food, just like me. For me, the products, dishes and ingredients from my native South Tyrol have always been my focus. After training as a hotel clerk, I worked as a chef in the best companies in South Tyrol and was therefore always in contact with the finest products. Delicatessen products have a certain appeal to me. The extraordinary taste, the stories behind them and the elegant packaging make these foods something very special. You can feel the dedication and passion of the producers to create something extraordinary, something luxurious. These emotions are transferred to people and moments through the product. For me, there is nothing better than opening a nice bottle of wine with friends and serving excellent food.
What does Piz Gourmet stand for?
Piz is the name for peak in the Dolomites.
That's exactly what we offer our customers: top gourmet products from South Tyrol. You can find South Tyrolean bacon, smoked sausages, salami, ham, sausages, cheese, chutneys, wine, jams, honey, apple juice, Schüttelbrot, tea and much more in our shop.
Our mission is to live the South Tyrolean delicatessen lifestyle. The desire for special food and drink in the company of our loved ones. We love fine enjoyment.
