In hauchdünne Scheiben geschnitten, was übrigens auf Grund der Konsistenz und einer sehr guten Maschine völlig problemlos war, ist das geräucherte Schweinefilet ein Hochgenuss! Ich werde es bestimmt einmal wieder bestellen, oder, noch besser, direkt bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Südtirol im Geschäft kaufen!
