This bacon is made according to an old family recipe by the Siebenförcher butcher shop in South Tyrol and impresses with its good price-performance ratio. At 4 months, the maturation period for this bacon is 2 months less than that of the South Tyrolean bacon PGI. This means that this bacon is juicier and milder in taste.
