The smoked pork chop is ideal for a tasty dish with sauerkraut, dumplings or potatoes. Combined with our house sausages and black puddings, for example, you can conjure up a wonderful slaughter platter. Preparation: Cook traditionally with the sauerkraut or in water for 10-15 minutes at approx. 70°C; also excellent grilled.
